This phase establishes the biological conditions for change. We quiet chronic threat signaling and restore the nervous systemʼs ability to perceive safety in real time. Through guided practices, Your Map INsight and our NRG practices stress circuits begin to downshift, and capacity naturally expands.

We call this stage the return to biological optionality:

2. Transform
