Mariella Borschow

Director of Coaching and Experience

Mariella brings over a decade of experience and has guided more than 500 clients toward greater health, emotional balance, and nervous system resilience. She earned a Master’s degree from University of St Andrews, where she studied how culture impacts the human relationship to food and the environment. She is formally trained in coaching through Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), Trauma-Informed Coaching, Yoga and Mindfulness, and Eating Psychology.

Her work bridges scientific methods with intuitive and somatic practices to support deep and sustainable healing. Mariella specializes in helping individuals regulate their nervous systems, build stress resilience, and address chronic inflammation, burnout, and emotional overwhelm from a root-cause, compassion-first perspective.

She has facilitated one-on-one sessions, group programs, and over 20 retreats and resilience workshops across New York City and San Juan, Puerto Rico, empowering people to reconnect to their vitality and live with coherence and authenticity.
