Kristin Petersen

Co Founder & CEO

Kristin Petersen has spent more than 25 years at the forefront of hospital leadership and innovation. As a senior executive, she led large-scale operational transformations across complex health systems to drive measurable improvements in patient outcomes, workforce performance, and experience of care.

Her signature approach integrated the Daily Management System (DMS) — a hospital operations framework designed to align mission, metrics, and mindset — to create cultures of accountability, connection, and continuous improvement.

When illness forced her to step away from executive life, Kristin applied that same DMS framework inward. Through structured daily calibration, nervous system regulation, and measurable micro-changes, she restored her own health and capacity — revealing that the same principles that elevate hospitals can heal the individual.

Now, as Co-Founder and CEO of iCalibrate, Kristin unites her background in neuroscience, leadership, and systems thinking to pioneer a new model of care.

Kristin holds an MBA from Rutgers University, completed executive training through Stanford’s Leadership Academy, and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Her expertise spans health system strategy, operational excellence, neuroscience-based innovation, leadership development, and behavior-change systems, a rare blend of science, structure, and human insight that now shapes every facet of iCalibrate.
