Allison Hoiberg has been transforming operations through leading business development, strategy, program management and product design teams for 20 years, first in commercial/corporate real estate with CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), and then in agricultural development and food ingredient sourcing with Trinitas Farming and Pomona Farming. She has become a key architect of iCalibrate, seeing in it not only radical healing for clients but also the power to reshape healthcare and restore vitality to the providers who sustain it.
Allison received her undergraduate degree from Claremont McKenna College and her master’s degree from Stanford University. She lives in Menlo Park, CA with her husband, two children and two dogs. Allison really enjoys dancing, family movie nights and listening to economics podcasts. She also loves fast rollercoasters, dystopian sci-fi, and good football.
