Frequently Asked Questions

What makes iCalibrate different from other programs?

We donʼt just reduce symptoms, we build capacity.

At the center of your experience is Your Map™, a personalized, adaptive guide that evolves with you. It helps you see patterns, track your progress, and receive tailored practices that expand your capacity week by week. Our method blends insights from the wisdom of many subspecialties distilled into high-impact simplicity that meets you
where you are.

84% of participants report significant symptom reduction within seven weeks, but the
deeper transformation is showing up differently in the world, calm, clear, engaged,
feeling joy and satisfaction more often.

What if Iʼm too overwhelmed or too busy to commit?

Thatʼs often the perfect time to begin. Feeling “too busy,” “too tired,” or “too scattered” signals that your nervous system has lost flexibility, exactly what this work restores.

Youʼll learn to find energy, clarity, and ease again, not by doing more, but by walking through your day differently.

How much time does it take each week?

The Flagship Experience (Live Cohort) involves about 3 hours per week of guided sessions, micro-practices, science drops, and light biometric tracking, all within a supportive community and live mentorship environment. This is our most immersive path: real-time feedback, personalized guidance, and the accountability that makes transformation inevitable.

The Self-Paced Program allows you to move at your own rhythm. Each module is designed for flexibility. Youʼll still have access to the same science-based framework and a year of learning materials to revisit anytime.

Both experiences teach you how to regulate in the moments that matter most, at work, in relationships, and in recovery. The practice becomes your life, not another task on your list.

How can an online course rival an in-person one?

Itʼs not “better” or “worse” , itʼs different. Change unfolds alongside your real life, so you donʼt have to return home and “keep it going.” Youʼll be applying what you learn in real time, with structured support and community connection (in the live cohort).

What if Iʼm worried about time?

Feeling short on time often comes from patterns this program addresses, over-management, perfectionism, or shame. iCalibrate is designed for real life, with flexible pacing and practices that create more spaciousness, not more pressure.

Are there any prerequisites?

Just openness, curiosity, and willingness. No prior experience with nervous system work is required. Youʼll receive one bonus week of self-paced learning prior to joining either experience.

Who shouldnʼt take this program?

If you tend to use skepticism as a defense against trying this, you may not be ready. iCalibrate works best for those willing to experiment, reflect, and stay curious.

Can I get employer reimbursement or a payment plan?

Yes. We provide a professional-development reimbursement template and offer installment options upon request. Many employers offer professional development support.

Who is this for?

Anyone ready to heal, grow, or perform at their next level, from those struggling with chronic symptoms to high performers seeking more coherence and joy. If you sense that how you feel inside is limiting how you show up outside, this program was built for you.

What tangible tools will I leave with?

You’ll leave with a personal system for change, not a temporary fix. Every concept, reflection, and practice you learn lives inside your Your Map, an adaptive guide that will offer you a blueprint for YOU . You will have lifetime tools.

You’ll have a full year of access to all course materials, tools, and replays,  so you can revisit, deepen, and continue to integrate.
